      <image:caption>Now depending on if you have a juicer or not… there are two ways of doing the next step of extracting the cucumber juice. I use my slow grinding cold press juicer and that’s the easiest option. If you don’t have one,  place the cucumber slices in a blender or food processor; blend until mashed into a pulp. Pour the cucumber pulp into a fine mesh strainer place over a bowl to catch the liquid; allow to sit and then gently squeeze until you have about 1 cup of liquid from the cucumber. Now add the organic stevia and water together into a pitcher with the juices and stir well. Add extra stevia according to your taste. Serve cold with ice cubes and some mint or cucumber for decoration. Enjoy!</image:caption>
